In depth: Rawmeat is displayed in action to the men at M.C.C. Courage is talking to the Zone Rider trainees, briefing them. Dr. Laurence does not fully understand the Widowmaker process, but believes it must involve bombarding the subject with a concentrated zoning effect. A flashback then takes place to show the Widowmaker used by Reaper on Rawmeat. Courage then says Dr. Laurence hopes to learn more about the process since they met him as a normal human first. Courage then relates his encounter with Rawmeat in the Appalachian Mountains. Courage then continues his briefing, saying Rawmeat is tremendously strong, an expert fighter and tracker. His weakness is his lack of intelligence. Kat presents an idea that M.C.C. believes the Black Widows are not that loyal to Overlord and that Rawmeat is used as the enforcer. Another flashback occurs to Welt in his truck with Bandit.

Kat has no knowledge of an attempt on Overlord's life by a Black Widow, but they believe such attempts have been made. The coup attempt is shown in flashback from "So Shall You Reaper". Kat believes Overlord encourages rivalry between them to make sure any one does not get too strong. A flashback to Dire's loyalty in the face of the others is shown. Kat believes her to be the one exception: she has some sort of "special relationship" with Overlord, which was frustrated by Alice Bent's involvement in "Overlord's Mystery Woman" which is shown in flashback. Kat continues and says that second in command belongs to Bandit. Ben claps alone, and looks embarrassed. Courage resumes and says that Bandit is one of the most dangerous and has a personal score to settle with him, as Bandit believes him responsible for the death of his brother in the Desert Wars. A flashback then takes place to Bandit driving Bull Whip fighting the Zone Riders.

At M.C.C, the briefing continues. Bandit is elusive with a talent for disguise. A flashback to "Holographic Zone Battler" occurs in which he imitates the shopkeeper. Courage then brings Crook into the picture, saying his scientific knowledge is almost as great as Overlord's. A flashback to a minefield battle masterminded by Crook occurs. Courage reminds them to never underestimate the first two men turned into Black Widows: Razorback. A flashback occurs in which "Zone Train" is shown. Courage continues, saying to be on the lookout for Reaper. Hiro says Reaper will never admit defeat. A flashback occurs in which Hiro and Reaper duel is shown. Courage wraps up: Overlord is the most dangerous of all, and cannot be trusted. He's broken every deal, every alliance. A flashback to the "Sands of Amaran" takes place where Simai was betrayed. Dirk says Overlord does not long for an end to fighting as M.C.C. does. All Overlord understands is force. A flashback to "Small Packages" is shown, illustrating Overlord's fixation on taking M.C.C. Dirk reminds the trainees only the Zone Riders can prevent Overlord's rule. Tucker asks when lunch is, and Dirk responds they're going to fight the zone…right after lunch, to which Tucker replies he gets more like McFarland every day.

Items Noticed: None.

Notes: An absolutely superb clips show, and one needed earlier in the show. If only they had spaced these out more, the ending of the season wouldn't have felt as "cheap" to many people. The first enjoyable clips episode since "Oversight".

What do we learn? The Widowmaker process affects facial hair also, since Richard Welt had a beard and Rawmeat does not.

The Zone Rider trainees are all equipped with tendex suits and equipment, they just lack the Neutron-90 to make them effective. There appear to be 20-30 trainees.

Goof ups: None visible.

Quotable Quotes: "Bandit has an ability to impersonate almost anyone. " - Dirk
"I wonder if he can do Elvis." - Max
