Episode Summary
A
severe hurricane is hitting San Juan, forcing the people living
there to evacuate as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the
only place to move them to is higher ground... which is completely
engulfed in the Zone! And to make matters worse, the Zone
Generators have a force field that reflect any energy weapons
shot at them. Now Commander Courage must choose between letting
the people of San Juan drown or surrendering his own forces
to Overlord!

Overlord
takes full advantage of the flood hitting San Juan during
this intense episode. You really get the feeling that he's
gonna win this one! There's also lots of action
packed scenes between the Zone Riders and the Black
Widows. And unlike The Transformers, people actually
get hit once in awhile!
