Courage is called before a top level UN panel to answer for
some of the "highly questionable" command decisions
he's made over the past few months.

Of
all of the "flashback episodes", this one is my
favorite for two reasons. First of all, the viewer FINALLY
gets to see Overlord's initial SPIRAL
ZONE attack (and in the same quality of animation as
Mission Into Evil no less). Second, it's
a realistic scenario for Courage to get called before the
UN Council as the Zone Riders have blowing a lot of stuff
up just to stop Overlord (as this episode shows). The ending
cracked me up too!
